Patch: How long have you been open?

Rani: 2011

Patch: How long have you lived in the area?

Rani: I went to USF until 2001 and moved back in 2006 and have been here since.

Patch: What do you love about living and working in our town?

Rani: (It’s a) great place for all ages... college town/great for families and kids too.  Definitely, trying to bring an even greater sense of community!

Patch: What do you wish everyone who came into your shop knew about you?

Rani: We are trying to educate residents about how important it is to support your local businesses and how they benefit are local economy - and that we are trying to bring back the type of businesses that make you feel like you are a part of something great and where you are a 'regular' patron with a face and a name!

Patch: Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service:

Rani: We customize drinks and make new creations all the time to give each customer a wonderful experience and custom concoction, besides the great drinks though... we are always there to lend an ear if you are having a bad day - we've had customers come in that were on the verge of tears (due to various personal reasons) and they leave laughing and smiling... doesn't get better than that!
