I earned a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University. My individually constructed area of concentration included coursework in linguistics and psychology. Having completed some additional coursework at USF in the Dept. of Communication Sciences & Disorders, I am taking some time to decide whether to pursue graduate study in TESOL/Applied Linguistics, Speech-Language Pathology, or Reading.

I currently volunteer for I CAN! Community Education Coalition helping basic literacy and ABE students. I also volunteer in English conversation classes offered through the Hillsborough Literacy Council.
