Amy Rogers is the owner of Harmony Yoga & Wellness Center in Carrollwood. This is the culmination of years of research in the world of Health and Nutrition. Amy overcame chronic migraines by changing to a healthy diet and lifestyle in January 2000 and she want to encourage others to find health via natural means. Amy is married and has two grown sons, two cats and four dogs.
