Swap with Style will give women the chance to exchange their clothing items this June 25.
Are you a recessionista, fashion junky or simply looking to update your wardrobe and wanting to get rid of those clothes that just don’t fit anymore? Clean and spice up your closet without spending a dime by joining the Swap with Style fashion event at Kingdom Worship Center (KWC), 1102 E. Fowler Ave., on June 25 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will be hosted by KWC co-pastor Brenda Fruster, who is also the leader of Women of Rare Beauty, a monthly group that gives emotional, physical and spiritual assistance to women in the community. “We hope to reach those women who are not able to afford to go out and purchase new items, or who lack the confidence to buy new clothes,” Fruster said.
