We purchased the product in October 2011. We were told it can do all the functions required by our business. When we received the product, we contacted them for install and found out the company was sold and moved after 3 weeks of no answer. After 3 miserable months of trying to implement the software, we find out that the product cannot support a business on a cash basis. I spoke to customer service several times asking for any workaround since we already spent so much time to implement. Finally after escalating my concerns, I spoke to the CEO of the company. Unfortunately, he wasn't very helpful saying they are working on it. When I asked for my money back, over 3K spent, he told me that he wouldn't credit us and there was nothing we could do. I am currently disputing the charge with American Express, but buyer beware, the software can't handle basic cash basis reporting besides the consistent workarounds to fit your business into the software.
