I agree with Annette, this place is all "oh hello sweetie" and showmanship but none of the results. They made juvenile mistakes when they cut my hair, and are very VERY overpriced, especially for how seldom they deliver anything of worth.
Including but not limited to, chopping off over an inch without asking you after you've begged them not to take off length. I won't speak for anyone else, but I've read some terrible reviews about this place. I'm so glad I didn't let them near me with dye (although my stylist Krista or Kristy, I always mess up those K names, was trying to upsell me a dye job that I expressed no interest in, and kept suggesting more expensive services...)
