This chain of casual restaurants, founded in Dallas in 1975, is known for its Southwestern-inspired menu featuring family-friendly fajitas, quesadillas, nachos and of course the baby back ribs that have been immortalized in song. There's also a complete selection of American bar food, from appetizers and burgers to steaks and seafood, and several vegetarian options to choose from. Happy hour at the bar is a lively time, as shoppers from the University Collection center mingle with students from the nearby University of South Florida.
