pffft, i'm surprised that there are so many positive reviews here.

every time i've gone here i have been disappointed. chris messed up my hair 2 years ago, after that someone else (probably in his benefit that i forgot his name).

and much more recently, mckenzie cut my hair asymmetrically. like, just chopped through a thick strand that usually hangs on the side of my face but left the one on the other side intact. when i came back in to tell her, she actually argued with me about it, until the awkward "oh s*^&" moment when she realized i was right. i'll admit, i'm usually nitpicky about how my bangs lay, maybe she thought i was just 'being that way' again, but this time it was a glaring error that no professional would've made. that being said, i've never had to grovel and nitpick with any other hairstylists about small mistakes in my hair (me being "nitpicky", as stated above). it is just the quality of her work, you get what you pay for.

Two thumbs up! Chatenbury Place is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Beth is the best hairstylist I have ever had. From personal experience, Beth, TC and Marianna are always at the top of their game and I thank them for their TLC.

I've been going to Chatenbury Place for years and love their "new" place. Beth is my wonderful hair stylist as well as co-owner of the salon which has a comfortable, inviting feel to it. It also has some fun, interesting, unique gifts (including jewelry) as well as hair products, of course.
