You Can Help Liberty Manor for Vets by Eating at Shells Seafood

Here are a few things we thought you'd like to know about.

Eat Seafood, Help Vets

Have dinner plans? You can make them at Shells Seafood, 2101 E. Fowler Ave., where the Temple Terrace community is coming together Thursday, Oct. 3, to raise money for Liberty Manor for Veterans. During Celebrity Server Night, 5:30-9 p.m., all tips will benefit the transitional house for homeless vets.

Celebrity servers include: Cheri Donohue, retired executive director of the Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce; Temple Terrace Mayor Frank Chillura; Capt. Al from ABC Action News; Mark Cotney, No. 33 from the original 1976 Tampa Bay Bucs; and Daniel Ruth, Tampa Bay Times columnist. There will also be appearances from USF coaches Lelo Prado and Jose Fernandez, who will be joined by some cheerleaders, Sun Dolls and Rocky the Bull.

Box Cars Rally in Clearwater
