Celebrate National Night Out

Community residents and the Temple Terrace Police Department will come together Tuesday, Oct. 1 to show criminals they’re fighting back during National Night Out. The celebration begins at 6 p.m. at the Family Recreation Complex. Get a breakdown of all the fun activities on Temple Terrace Patch.

Obamacare Marketplaces Open

On Tuesday, Oct. 1, Tampa Bay area residents without insurance will be able to start reviewing health coverage options via an online marketplace. The federally run exchange is expected to go live Tuesday, offering residents coverage as promised by the Affordable Health Care Act, according to the Bradenton Herald.
