Juniors Offer Cookbooks, Antonio’s Dinners

Proceeds benefit local charities.

The GFWC Temple Terrace Junior Woman’s Club is giving the community two ways to help their neighbors.

The club has launched the second edition of its 50th Anniversary Cookbook, which is full of recipes from local Temple Terrace residents.

The cookbook cover was donated by local artist and features the architecture of days gone by in Temple Terrace.

The cookbooks cost $15 and can be purchased at , the office, , , and the . You can also place your order with Anita Long by calling 813-988-4656 or emailing anita@businessinkprinting.com.

The proceeds from sales of the cookbooks will benefit local charities.

The club’s Relay for Life team is joining to offer a take out dinner at the event, which takes place at on April 27.

Each $12 dinner includes Chicken Parmesan with pasta, salad and bread and butter.

The meals will be available for pick up at the club’s campsite at Greco after the Relay opening ceremonies at 6:45 p.m.

Proceeds from the dinner will go the American Cancer Society’s life-saving programs and services.

Anyone from the community can participate in this offer, and all dinners must be reserved by April 24 by calling Mindy DeVane at 813-988-3453. You can also mail a check payable to the GFWC Temple Terrace Junior Woman’s Club to P.O. Box 16206, Temple Terrace, FL 33687.
