Everyone truly had a wonderful time at the Spelling Bee. It was a chance not only for the spellers to compete; it was also an opportunity for us to meet new families and members of the community and to re-connect with those we have not seen in a long time.

The faculty and staff at AYA look forward to hosting the Regional Muslim Spelling Bee next year, and look forward to seeing more participation from the students from our local community and from throughout Florida.

We would like to thank Allah, first, for making the event a success. We would like to then thank all of the parents, students, volunteers and vendors who truly made the event possible and memorable.

A special thanks to the sponsors: Br. Tausif Malik and Sr. Asma Rizvi for founding Muslim Spelling Bee.
