Join licensed massage therapist Dale Morphew as he hosts free yoga classes each Sunday at 4:30 p.m. at Riverhills Park, 329 S. Riverhills Dr., Temple Terrace.
The one-hour classes take place at the east end of the park near the Community Gardens. Riverhills Park offers more than 30 bucolic shaded acres overlooking the Hillsborough River, the perfect location for this gentle meditative exercise.
