Temple Terrace Teen Appointed to U.S. Military Academy Prep School
Joseph Affronti III of Temple Terrace has fulfilled his dream to attend West Point.
A King High School has received his appointment to attend the United States Military Academy Prep School at West Point in New York.
Joseph Affronti III of Temple Terrace dreamed of a career in the military since he watched the Army Golden Knights parachute team jump when he was an eighth-grader at Terrace Community Middle School.
Working toward his goal, he joined the NJROTC at King High School and attended state and U.S. leadership conferences.
