Reader's Spotlight: Science Fun at Lewis Elementary

Lewis Elementary and Greco Middle schools teamed up to provide a fun night of science for students and parents.

Students explored the power of wind and figured out why some things float and some don't during a science event at Lewis Elementary School.

According to Tiffany Sperry in her announcement listing on Temple Terrace Patch, the event was attended by about 100 Lewis students and their parents.

"The experiments were hands on and a great way to engage their natural curiosity about the world and how science is everywhere," said Sperry.
