Reader's Spotlight: Parents Invited to Learn More About Riverhills IB Program

Those interested in having their children attend the new International Baccalaureate program can apply from April 16 to 30.

With the recent approval of the Hillsborough County School Board, Riverhills Elementary School in Temple Terrace became one of four elementary schools in the county to offer the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme.

According to an announcement posted by lead teacher Diana Favata on Temple Terrace Patch, the program encourages students to develop their knowledge using inquiry-based strategies focused around central concepts.

Parents are invited to visit the school campus at 405 S. Riverhills Dr., Temple Terrace, and learn more about the program. The application period is open April 16 to 30.
