Temple Terrace Preservation Society - 1920s Fashion

The Temple Terrace Preservation Society is proud to present Tracie L. Arnold from Past & Present Creations as she provides a look into the fashions of the day during Temple Terrace’ early years.

Learn how women’s fashions transitioned from earlier more restrictive clothing into the short un-corseted style and also where the term Flapper came about, what it meant and why.

Tracie will talk about the changes for women that were brought from 1912 to the 20s which include women’s suffrage and how that changed fashion as well.  Don’t miss Tracie’s DIY information on how to dress in this style for our upcoming Knickers Ball in February!
