Temple Terrace Library 50th Anniversary in Photos

The weeklong festivities began Monday with a special reception with guest speakers, including longtime Temple Terrace resident and library pioneer . Later, prizes were handed out to winners of the for kids and teens.

There was also a Family Activity Night on Tuesday, a History Night with local author and historian Dr. Gary Mormino on Wednesday, a Teen Tech Night on Thursday, and a Library History Road Show on Friday.

Today, the last day of the celebration, there will be a family event called Elephant and Piggy’s Adventure Party with a story, crafts, games and snacks for kids in preschool through third-grade. It begins at 11 a.m.
