Temple Terrace Close to Hiring New City Manager

Officials are working to offer the job to Jeffrey Mihelich, an assistant city manager in Arizona.

The City of Temple Terrace is close to hiring a replacement for City Manager Kim Leinbach, who is scheduled to retire March 29.

“The City Council interviewed four finalists Monday,” said Michael Dunn, the city’s public information officer. “They selected Jeffrey Mihelich as the No. 1 finalist.”

Now, a team consisting of Mayor Frank Chillura, Aleicia Latimer, director of the city’s Human Resources Department, and the city’s legal representation will negotiate with Mihelich and offer him a contract, Dunn said.
