Matthew Gaetano, 32, beat a 17-year-old girl when she tried to leave the apartment, according to Temple Terrace Police and an article on Tampabay.com.
The article says that the teen told police she and Gaetano had consensual sex last Sunday, June 16. But the following day "she was under the effects of crystal methamphetamine, she 'was not capable of making decisions' when they had sex."
