Sean Buchanan's Family Begs For Help In Homicide

Gary Buchanan stood silently while his wife, Mary, and his daughters, Kelly and Katie, gave their tearful pleas for the public’s help in finding the person responsible for their brother's death.

Sean Michael Buchanan, 26, of Temple Terrace, was found in his car down an embankment in a wooded area behind Regency Square shopping center in Brandon in the early morning of May 31. He had sustained trauma to his upper body not consistent with a traffic crash. He later died at Tampa General Hospital.

Sean's father, Gary, let his family members speak, then he approached the podium.

“You can tell by everybody’s speech how emotional this still is for all of us,” he said.
