Hillsborough Detectives Ask For Resident Assistance

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office detectives need your help to find three Tampa men who are wanted in connection with an armed robbery that took place at the Carol Motel in Ruskin just before 4 p.m. on July 14.

The address of two of the suspects—Eric Q. Stephens and Brandon M. Stephens—is 8700 N. 50th Street in Tampa, just outside the Temple Terrace city limits.

The third suspect—Randy R. West—lives at 2705 Royal Court in Tampa.

Eric Stephens, 19, is described as a black male, 5-feet-7-inches tall and 130 pounds. He has a thin build, black hair and brown eyes.

Brandon Stephens, 20, is described as a black male, 6-feet-2-inches and 155 pounds. He has a thin build, black hair and brown eyes.

West, 31, is described as a black male, 6-feet-2-inches tall and 180 pounds. He has a medium build, brown hair and brown eyes.

On July 14, the suspects allegedly confronted the owners of the Carol Motel and demanded their money at gunpoint, according to the sheriff’s office. They obtained a large amount of cash and fled the scene in a vehicle.
