Detectives Search for Vending Machine Thieves
Three people stole cash from a machine at University Mall, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office needs the community’s help to identify three people it says broke into a video game vending machine at and stole cash.
Two men and one woman were recorded in a surveillance photo on June 15 at approximately 6:53 p.m. breaking into the machine, according to a sheriff’s office press release. They cut the locks and took the money inside.
One of the men is described as 30-49 years of age, 6 feet tall, 220 pounds, medium build, short brown hair and wearing a blue T-shirt.

The other man is described as 22-29 years of age, 5-feet-9-inches tall, medium build, short black curly hair and was wearing a black T-shirt.
The woman is described as 30-49 years of age, 5-feet-8-inches tall, medium build, shoulder-length strawberry blonde hair in a ponytail.
