Crime Report: Crooks Break Glass Doors with Bricks

The following information was supplied by Community Service Officer Tracy Mishler of the Temple Terrace Police Department.

Burglary Residence
Sometime between Jan. 2 and Feb. 19
8400 block of Laurelon Place in the Laurelon Condos
A brick was thrown through a sliding glass door, according to Temple Terrace Police Community Service Officer Tracy Mishler. The condo was ransacked, but nothing appears to have been stolen at this time.

Burglary Residence
Feb. 20, between 9:30 and 11:28 a.m.
10500 block of N. 53rd Street
An unknown person used a brick found at the residence to break the sliding glass door, Mishler said. Taken was a TV, ladies gold ring with three diamonds, approximately $500 in cash and coins, and an unknown make .38 caliber revolver handgun. The gun is chrome in color with wood grips.
