Summer is here, and everybody's looking for something new to do. What better time to revisit the best local hot spots in the Temple Terrace area?

Until Aug. 17, we're collecting votes for Readers' Choice 2012 in 25 categories, from the best bowling alley in town to the best zoo in the Tampa Bay area.

We don't need all the trashy people coming to temple terrace to shop at walmart. Walmart will never…Read More get a place in temple terrace. Only Trailer trash shop at walmart.

Amen! NO WALLY WORLD!! Sweat Tomatoes time has passed in my opinion. What I would like is a Best…Read More Buy type of store somewhere where you can electronics and such. We used to have a Circuit city on Fowler along with a real nice book store, then the pressure of being so close to suitcase city forced them all to close or move to New Tampa. It's real sad, I feel I speak for most of us In saying we need a good variety of businesses local to Temple Terrace to shop at.
