Learn how you can help preserve the lush canopy of trees seen throughout Temple Terrace. Joe Gross will discuss new ordinance changes and the Adopt-A-Tree program. The Temple Terrace Preservation Society will talk about its new public and private property Adopt-A-Tree program as well as the benefits of maintaining the Tree City USA designation.
Two trees will be available for adoption. There will be a 30 gallon (15-feet tall) tree and a 15 gallon (7-feet tall) live oak tree. The trees will be planted on city-owned property in the future.
