Fowler Avenue Flooded at University Mall
Only one lane is getting by in each direction.
Fowler Avenue is backed up in both directions at University Mall where multiple lanes on both sides of the street are flooded.
Only one lane is open in both directions near the Firestone Tire entrance to the mall. The parking lot of the shopping center across the street from the mall where , Salon Centric, and other stores are located is nearly completely flooded.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is urging drivers to as Tropical Storm Debby continues its effects on the region. High water on roads will quickly stall motor vehicles.
