Candidate Forum Stresses Schools, Impact on Temple Terrace

The Temple Terrace Candidate Forum took place Tuesday evening.

I drove to Tuesday night, in the rain, past numerous intersections clogged with lights out to attend the Temple Terrace Bar Associations "Meet the Candidates" forum.

What a wonderful turnout and a very engaged group of residents and voters!

As a School Board Candidate for District 3 (which covers a portion of Temple Terrace) I was very encouraged by the reception and by the candidates for Mayor and City Council all discussing how the schools in Temple Terrace impact their community.

Thank you to all of the voters that I met. I appreciate your words of support and confidence in me as a candidate. For those I didn't have a chance to speak to, please feel free to either contact me or check out my website www.votecindystuart.com or Facebook page.

I look forward to helping you in the future and making Temple Terrace proud of their schools.

Thank you for the invite! I hope that the community will consider holding a similar forum for school board candidates.
