Mayor Speaks to Business Owners

Lauren Tice submitted our Sunday Community Photo this week.

Mayor Frank Chillura addressed members of the Greater Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce Wednesday at the chamber's December Luncheon.

Business owners packed the USF Gibbons Alumni Center on the University of South Florida campus, bringing the chamber to capacity for the event.

Chillura addressed downtown redevelopment, schools and municipal services, the City Council’s vision for Temple Terrace’s future, how the city can form stronger partnerships with other area leaders, and the city’s search for a new city manager to replace retiring City Manager Kim Leinbach.

The chamber collected new, unwrapped toys to benefit the Children’s Miracle Network. The luncheon was catered by Lupton’s Restaurants & Catering. It was sponsored by the Law Offices of Jack Townsend.

Lauren Tice, the chamber’s coordinator of Member Services, posted this photo by Tom Allison in Temple Terrace Pics & Clips, a neighborhood gallery where anyone in the community can add photos. Just visit the gallery and click "Upload Photos and Videos" to share your pictures.
