Business Expo, Taste of the Terrace a Success

Barbara Sparks-McGlinchy, executive director of the Greater Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce, said she was pleased with how the event turned out.

Nearly 100 businesses showed off their products and services at the 24th annual Business Expo & Taste of the Terrace March 5.

The event, which is organized by the Greater Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce, took place at TPepin's Hospitality Centre, 4121 N. 50th St.

Here's what Barbara Sparks-McGlinchy, the chamber's executive director, had to say about this year's event:

We were very pleased with the exceptional turn out and the venue.

Many of those who attended positively remarked about the layout and how easy it was to navigate up and down the rows of business and restaurant displays. The exhibitors indicated that they liked the venue, as well, and were able to conduct business with individuals visiting their booths.

The staff at TPepin’s Hospitality Centre did all that they could to make this a successful event, and Jack Townsend, the sponsor from the Law Office of Jack L. Townsend, Sr. P.A., was very gracious in visiting all of the booths and thanking the vendors for being there.

A great deal of appreciation goes to Charlee Hall, owner of SerenBe Day Spa, who was the Expo Chair. She and her committee did a great job in organizing the event and ensuring that it was staffed with volunteers.

We are looking forward to next year’s event!
