Animal Diagnostic Crowned Customer Service Champ

With raving reviews, multiple 5-star ratings, and 94 percent of the vote in a final Temple Terrace Patch poll, has been declared by you as the business with the best customer service.

We started out with  and spent weeks polling you to narrow down the field of players in Temple Terrace Patch’s first-ever customer service competition.

Dr. Brenda Ernest, owner of Animal Diagnostic, thanked her clients.

“We are appreciative of all the wonderful clients that come to us and helped us achieve this goal,” she said. “They are the best.”

Ernest said her secret to providing great customer service is that she really cares about the animals she treats and their owners.

“Many times I have met clients in the middle of the night or on weekends to help with an emergency or to make difficult decisions for their pets,” Ernest said. “I have laughed with them in the happy times and cried with them during the sad times.”

Client Linda Cooper said Animal Diagnostic helped her through the passing of one of her pets.

“I've been taking my cats to Animal Diagnostic for several years now and they are the BEST!!!” Cooper wrote in a Patch review of the business. “The personal service and quality of treatment my ‘children’ receive from Dr. Ernest and her staff is unbelievable.”

Ernest was born in Tampa and went to college at the University of South Florida. She then went on to veterinarian school and returned to the area to treat animals.

“It’s a true community,” she said of Temple Terrace. “Everyone supports the local business and neighborhoods.”

Animal Diagnostic & Wellness Center treats dogs, cats, birds and rodents. It offers vaccinations, physical exams, lab testing and diagnosis for all conditions. It also offers stem cell treatments for hip, elbow and knee arthritis.

“I only want the best for each of them,” Ernest said of her patients. “My staff (Debbie & Charlene) feels the same way. Together we form an extended family for most of our patients.”
