King High Grad to Perform Downtown

Eat at Joe's Lunch and Concert Series kicks off Friday.

Work downtown? If you have occasion to travel to Tampa on Fridays, you can see King High School graduate Johnny Lowery performing May 10 on steel drums.

He's the first performer in the Eat at Joe's Lunch and Concert Series, which takes place rain or shine at Joe Chillura Courthouse Square, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., on the second Friday of every month through August.

The square is at the corner of Pierce and Madison streets.
