Adrenalin Junkies Can Now Get Memberships For MOSI Sky Trail

Due to a high demand by thrill seekers, the Museum of Science & Industry, 4801 E. Fowler Ave. in Tampa, has added a new Sky Trail Ropes Course and Zip Line membership to its lineup of offerings.

MOSI’s new Sky Trail Ropes Course and Zip Line membership is now available for purchase. Sky Trail memberships include: 

• Unlimited admission to the Ropes Course and Zip Line; MOSI permanent exhibits and The Saunders Planetarium
• Free parking
• Discounted IMAX DOME Theatre films
• 10 percent discount in the science stores and MOSI Café
• 25 percent discount on the purchase of additional guest tickets
• Invitations to members-only events
• Discounts on science camps, birthday parties, special events, programs and workshops
• Complimentary issues of MOSI Matters
• Free or discounted admission to more than 250 local and national attractions and museums

The Sky Trail Ropes Course features 35 elements on a 12- to 36-foot-high, multilevel structure. The course is designed with challenging high-energy feats ideal for all ages.

Daring riders can take off from the top of the Sky Trail Ropes Course and zip over MOSI’s Kids In Charge! building to a tower more than a football field away. They then turn around and do it all over again for the return trip, launching from 65 feet above the ground and traveling more than 700 feet altogether.

MOSI does not require a minimum number of people to participate to experience the course. MOSI can accommodate one guest all the way up to an entire group of people. 

MOSI’s Sky Trail Ropes Course is open: 

Monday - Thursday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Friday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Saturday:  10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Sundays:  10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
