Temple Terrace Juniors Host Food Drive

The food collected will go to the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Temple Terrace.

When you go grocery shopping this week, be sure to pick up some extras.

The GFWC Temple Terrace Junior Woman’s Club is hosting its first food drive to benefit the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry at Corpus Christi Catholic Church on May 18.

According to representatives of the food pantry, the pantry's shelves are nearly bare and it is especially important to have food to give out during the summer months when children are not getting school meals and need to receive nutritious food at home.
