She explained that Teen Town was a gathering of local teenagers at the old Club Morocco building. Teens would buy sodas and snacks, enjoy music and hang out.

"We would just dance to records," Howell said.

I'd love to hear more stories about what Temple Terrace was like back in the 50s and 60s. Have any to share?

I'm trying to persuade Karen to blog on Patch about her memories of Temple Terrace. Help me encourage her if that's something you'd be interested in reading!

I would love to read more about it myself. The area has such a rich history and so many stories that need to be told!
