Relay for Life Temple Terrace

The Temple Terrace Relay for Life fundraiser for the American Cancer Society will take place Friday and Saturday, April 26-27, from 6 p.m. to 11 a.m. at Greco Middle School, 6925 E. Fowler Ave., Tampa. More than 30 teams will participate this year.

Not Your Average Yard Sale

The Not Your Average Yard Sale to benefit single moms in need of financial help will take place Saturday, April 27 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 13250 N. 56th St., Temple Terrace. The sale will feature designer clothing, home decor and fresh-baked pastries and desserts.

Nonprofit Volunteer Fair

Connect for a Difference Nonprofit Volunteer Fair will take place Saturday. April 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the USF Marshall Student Center Ballroom, 4103 Cedar Circle, Tampa. The fair will highlight more than 45 Tampa Bay nonprofit groups.

Free Community Barbeque

Temple Terrace Presbyterian Church and Weekday School, 420 Bullard Parkway, Temple Terrace, will host a free community barbecue Friday, April 26 at 5 p.m.

Paul Todd and Paul Todd Jr. Concert

Critically acclaimed writer, entertainer, composer, arranger and singer Paul Todd and his son will perform in concert at Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 304 Druid Hills Rd., Temple Terrace, Friday, April 26 at 7 p.m. The cost is $15.

Masque Theatre on Stage

Masque Theatre will stage "I Love You Because" Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, April 28 at 3 p.m. at the Omar K. Lightfoot Recreation Center, 10901 N. 56th St., Temple Terrace. The play is about a young, uptight greeting card writer whose life is changed when he meets a flighty photographer. Along with their eccentric friends and siblings, they learn to love each other not in spite of their faults, but because of them. The play is recommended for age 18 years old and up. Tickets are $14 for adults and $12 for students, seniors and military.

Improv Comedy

Post Dinner Conversation will present improv comedy at Felicitous Independent Coffee House, 11706 N. 51st St., Temple Terrace, Friday, April 26 at 8 p.m.

Free Yoga in the Park

Residents can enjoy a free yoga class at Riverhills Park, 329 S. Riverhills Dr., Temple Terrace, Sunday, April 21 at 5 p.m. Bring a mat, towel and water.

Karaoke

Shamrock's Ale House, 7805 Temple Terrace Highway, Temple Terrace, hosts karaoke every Saturday from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Flea Market

American Legion Post 334, 929 E. 139th Ave., Tampa, hosts a flea market every Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
