The Tampa Bay Association of Black Journalists presents this panel of local media and law experts todiscuss media coverage of the Trayvon Martin case, how social media played a role in media coverage, the Stand Your Ground law and legal aspects of the investigation.

Ernest Hooper, Brandon bureau chief of the Tampa Bay Times, will moderate. Panelists include:

• Eric Deggans, media critic at the Tampa Bay Times;
• Dr. Kenneth Minton, adjunct professor at St. Leo University and Hillsborough Community College, a former sheriff's deputy and Stand Your Ground law proponent;
• Karin Moore, an Orlando-based defense attorney and FAMU professor.
