DESCRIPTION:LifePath Hospice is seeking compassionate and committedpeople
  to volunteer with patients and families. There is a great need for volu
 nteers to serve in the Plant City area.\nVolunteers bring compassion and
  companionship to patients with advanced illnesses. They perform any num
 ber of activities\, such as reading to patients\, helping at mealtime\, 
 providing a much-needed break for a caregiver\, creating a legacy projec
 t or just sitting quietly offering support.\nLifePath Hospice will hold 
 three days of volunteer training at the Plant City Chamber of Commerce\,
  106 N. Evers Street in Plant City. The training sessions run from 10 a.
 m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday\, July 17\; Thursday\, July 19\; and Wednesday\,
  July 25. Volunteers must pre-register and attend all three training day
 s.\nVolunteers do not need any type of previous experience. LifePath Hos
 pice provides free training\; however\, volunteers must pre-register.
