Keep Me In Stitches (KMIS), Tampa’s premier sewing brand, announces a three-part T-shirt Quilt Workshop on April 12, 19 and 26 from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. at the North store for $75 per class.
The workshop teaches students how to cut and stabilize t-shirts, select a design and fabric and construct the quilt top. T-shirt quilts can be created as a unique gift, whether they are concert t-shirts, race t-shirts, tournament t-shirts, sports t-shirts or high school memories – customers will construct a memory quilt for themselves or a loved one.
Keep Me In Stitches offers a variety of classes, including 101 Introduction to Machine Quilting and 101 Sewing Machine Basics, all the way to trunk shows and seminars with world-renowned sewing instructors and designers.

The engaging and inspiring staff at Keep Me In Stitches is well-versed in all aspects of sewing, embroidery and quilting. They can help you choose a new machine, offer technical support and repair any make or model. Adults and children are welcome to take a beginner class to learn basic techniques and create simple projects, or sign up for more advanced lessons. Some of the classes are taught by nationally recognized guest instructors and all students receive a 10 percent discount on materials and supplies. Students may rent machines and the fee can be applied toward a purchase. Keep Me In Stitches maintains a second store in South Tampa at 4237 W. Kennedy Boulevard (282-1526).
