DESCRIPTION:Eureka Springs  Park offers the opportunity to explore   Hill
 sborough County's  historic arboretum with Florida's  master  gardeners.
 \nThis camp is for children ages 9-12. Camp participants will   experien
 ce how gardens and people fit into the natural environment. They  will  
 learn to compost\, identify garden insects and diseases\, and  observe s
 easonal  changes. They will also compile a journal to document  their ex
 periences of what  they learned and participated in during their  garden
 ing cycles.This  camp offers a unique opportunity to learn about  Eureka
  Springs' history\, meet  new friends\, learn new things\, and go on  fu
 n field trips to the USF Botanical Garden\,  a downtown green roof  comp
 lex\, and Tampa   Bay History   Center.\nSummer Camp At Hillsborough Cou
 nty Parks: Traditional day camps are      held June 18 &ndash\; Aug. 10 
 and can be registered   two weeks at  a time.     Bi-weekly themes vary 
 from park to park\, and they   all include a     community garden compon
 ent and a reading component that   helps keep      children on grade lev
 el reading while having fun. An   optional field     trip to a  theme pa
 rk will be available at an additional   cost. Camps     will take place 
 Monday &ndash\; Friday from 8  a.m. &ndash\; 5 p.m. With  extended   day
    hours from 7:30  a.m. &ndash\; 6 p.m.
