Tranquil Riverhills Park was transformed into an art lover's paradise Nov. 12 and 13 for the 38th annual Temple Terrace Arts Festival. Fine artists and crafters from St. Petersburg to Winterhaven converged on the banks of the Hillsborough River to show and sell their work.
