Special Redevelopment Meeting Set for Feb. 16
The city is encouraging residents to share their ideas about the multi-family residential units planned for the redevelopment area.

A special Temple Terrace City Council meeting will take place Feb. 16 for council members to assess and discuss proposed residential components to the .
The meeting will start at 6 p.m. at the .
, master developer for the city’s redevelopment project, will make a presentation on the company’s proposed residential component. The City Council will review and assess the company’s proposed site plan, and council members may vote on the issue that evening.
Temple Terrace residents are strongly encouraged to attend and share their thoughts and ideas about the Vlass proposal.

I plan on attending, as should all citizens concerned about this project!!! Seems like we are really straying from our original plan of a Town Center. We'll end up with rentals that will soon become Section 8 housing....and no stores or restaurants that will be attractive to Temple Terrace Residents.
