Seniors packed one of the gymnasiums at the Family Recreation Complex Friday during the 23rd annual Temple Terrace Senior Expo.

The free event offered seniors and their families a chance to meet one-on-one with representatives of area businesses and agencies that cater to their needs. More than 40 agencies, organizations and businesses were on hand to distribute information, answer questions and demonstrate their products and services.

Seniors had the opportunity to dispose of old, unwanted medicines through Operation Medicine Cabinet, which was sponsored by Home Instead Senior Care. There was also musical entertainment, door prizes, bingo and other fun-filled activities.
