Round 5: Who Has the Best Customer Service in Temple Terrace?

After an intense weekend of voting, four local businesses remain in Patch’s customer service tournament.

We started with 32 businesses in mid-March, and our readers have chosen these four as the heavyweights of customer service in Temple Terrace. This week, the final four businesses will go head to head to crown a champion, and they need your support to go all the way.

Voting ends at noon Saturday, March 31, and championship scoring is now in effect. The two businesses that get the most votes, comments and directory reviews before voting closes will advance to the finals. In the semifinals and finals, each poll vote is worth 1 point, each favorable comment is worth 20 points, and each favorable directory review written during the polling period is worth 50 points.

Each reader may vote once per day in the poll, and may leave one comment and one directory review per business. (You are welcome to leave as many comments as you would like, but for voting purposes we will count only the first comment and review you leave in favor of each business.) Any ties will be broken in overtime.

To leave a review for a business, search for the business name in the Temple Terrace Patch Directory, or click on the business name below to go straight to its directory listing:

Good luck to all our competitors!

About this tournament: The 32 participating businesses joined Patch before the March 11 qualifying deadline and were selected based on their ratings in the Temple Terrace Patch directory. Want to join Patch? Here's how.

Editor’s note: A glitch preventing the closing of the polls in Round 4 at noon on March 26. The winners here reflect a tally taken at the time of the anticipated closing and may not reflect the final numbers listed on the earlier polls.

I can't say enough about Dr. Ernest, Debbie and Charlene. They are the most caring staff, you can tell that they really love the animals. They are very nice to the people, too! Animal Diagnostic is the best.

We moved to Bradenton, but we still drive to Temple Terrace to see Dr. Ernest. Animal Diagnostics is the only place that my dog wants to go!

I have never seen such wonderful care as that exhibited by Dr. Ernest, Debbie, and Charlene. Their customer service goes above and beyond. They are always available to answer any concerns or questions (some pretty bizarre!) that I might have. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my pets' needs. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate all they have done, and continue to do, for me and my pets. Thank you, Dr. Ernest, Debbie, and Charlene ... Winston, CC, Sophie, and I love you!

Best group of Veterinary humans around! I have been friends with Debbie, Charlene and Dr. Ernest a long time. They have always been there for me and the "kids" and are the most compassionate people in the business!

When I was looking for a new vet for my babies, I checked out several clinics in the area. I chose Animal Diagnostic & Wellness because they were heads above the rest when it came to friendliness and caring. My pet are my babies and it is very important to me to make sure they have the best care, so Dr. Ernest and her staff were definitely my pick. Thank you ladies for all you do!

Well obviously we cannot compete with the wonderful people at Animal Diagnositic & Wellness, but we do appreciate those who have voted for us, Business Ink Printing, and brought us to the final four. Being in business since 1983, you have to treat your customers right. We will continue to support our community through great service and volunteerism because we love Temple Terrace! ~ Anita Long

Congratulations to the fine people at Animal Diagnostics & Wellness. Ditto Anita's remarks. We are so blessed to have some of the best customers and not only live, but also work in a great community. We make a living by what we do, we make a life by what we give. Thanks Temple Terrace.
