Redevelopment Area Site of Woman’s Club Meeting

The group gathered downtown Monday under the new gazebo.

 

From the GFWC Temple Terrace Woman’s Club:

GFWC Temple Terrace Woman’s Club board met Monday at the new gazebo in the downtown redevelopment area, which provided a lovely shaded area with a great breeze.

Board members made plans for their next evening meeting on May 23 to enable working members the opportunity to attend. Dinner will be available at 6 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7 p.m. City Council candidate Grant Rimbey with give an update on the status of our city.

Members are requested to bring toiletries for the spring, non-perishable food items for the needy, as well as Campbell soup labels and box tops for Riverhills Elementary School. Shoes will be collected in August for Riverhills Elementary School.

The GFWC Temple Terrace Woman’s Club is devoted to community service, personal growth and the development of friendships. The club meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month except for June and July when there are no meetings. For more information, visit the Temple Terrace Woman’s Club online.
