The Temple Terrace City Council has canceled its Jan. 1 meeting.

City Council meetings typically take place on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 6 p.m. at Temple Terrace City Hall. However, because the Jan. 1 meeting falls on New Year’s Day, a national holiday, it has been canceled.

The next regularly scheduled council meeting will take place Jan. 15, said City Clerk Lisa Small in a City of Temple Terrace press release.
