TECO workers had closed Hoyt Avenue on Monday evening as they repaired a downed power line. The road will be shut for three to four hours, they said.

Hoyt Avenue will be closed for three to four hours as a crew removes a fallen power line, workers with TECO said around 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Alternate routes for the roadway, which connects East Fowler Avenue and Riverhills Drive, include Gillette Avenue and Moffatt Avenue.
