How Was Your Customer Service Experience Over the Holidays?

Blogger Adrian Brooks said she had a particularly horrible time at one Temple Terrace store. How was your overall shopping experience this season?

 

We’ve just come out of the busiest shopping season of the year.

If you were in stores buying gifts during the holidays, you might have run into unpleasant experiences, such as long lines, out-of-stock merchandise or bad customer service.
