Halloween Fall Festival Features Egyptian Theme
The Temple Terrace Family Recreation Complex will be transformed into ancient Egypt Oct. 27.
Temple Terrace mummies, unite!
The annual Halloween Fall Festival is bringing ancient Egypt to the Temple Terrace Family Recreation Complex Oct. 27.
The event, sponsored by the Temple Terrace Leisure Services Department, runs 6-9 p.m. Admission is $5 per child (adults get in free with a paying child).
There will be a haunted pyramid maze, indoor trick-or-treating, games, prizes, concessions and much more, including hayrides, a costume contest and lots of candy, according to a city press release.
“This year’s theme is ‘Ancient Egypt,’” the release reads, “so dress up as your favorite pharaoh, nomadic warrior or Nile princess and travel to the land of the Great Sphinx.”

I remember taking this photo last year. What a fun idea to do an Egyptian theme.
