Temple Terrace residents gathered at Gaspar's Patio Bar & Grille Thursday to help Frank Chillura celebrate the start of his mayoral campaign.
Chillura is running against Cheri Donohue for the position currently occupied by Joe Affronti. Affronti has served two consecutive terms and may not run again this year.
